I aim to shift the negative perceptions around aging and support women in embracing their vitality at every stage of life.

Over the past few years, my work has grown into something deeply restorative and transformational. It goes far beyond a typical “facial” or “massage” — it’s intuitive, grounded in anatomy and nervous-system awareness, and it brings clients back again and again because it feels powerful, healing, and truly nourishing. I feel called to share this work in a way that supports you to embody it and build a thriving practice around it.
