Ora lymphatic release massage
Ora Lymphatic Release Massage
Ora Lymphatic Release is a therapeutic body massage that draws on myofascial tissue mobilisation and rhythmic lymphatic drainage techniques to move stagnation out of the body and encourage the lymphatic system's natural cleansing and healing process. Our bodies have amazing organs that help us to detox, however our bodies more than ever are now exposed to more stress, environmental toxins and pollutions and it can become a lot for the body to manage on its on and that’s where specialised lymphatic massage comes in. It's especially suited to easing fluid retention, bloating, and digestive discomfort — while supporting circulation and lymphatic flow to reduce swelling, refine your shape, and support the body's natural detoxification.
This work can also be a gentle companion for scar tissue release, softening and breaking down adhesions to improve mobility, and can support the body during pre and post-surgical recovery, helping it process swelling and find its way back to balance.
Depending on what your body needs, your session may include:
Full Body Lymphatic Drainage
Myofascial Tissue Mobilisation
Targeted Fluid Retention Relief
Circulation-Boosting Techniques
You'll leave feeling lighter, clearer-minded, and energised — a genuine detox for your insides, led by Josephine and her team with care tailored to you.
Ora Face release
OraFace — Facial Release Massage - Your natural face and energy lift
No two faces hold tension the same way, so no two OraFace sessions look the same. Rather than following a fixed massage flow each session is shaped around you based on what your skin, jaw, body, and wairua are asking for that day.
OraFace is a therapeutic facial release massage that draws on fascia release, lymphatic drainage, and intuitive bodywork to unwind tightness through the jaw, face, and neck — while also inviting a sense of energetic release.
It's especially suited to easing TMJ pain, jaw clenching, tension headaches, and sinus pressure, while encouraging circulation and lymphatic movement to support the body's natural detox process. As physical tension softens, there's often a felt shift in wairua too — a return to stillness, clarity, and calm.
Depending on what your body needs, your session may also include, gua sha, facial cupping, lymphatic brushes, sounds healing, tuning forks, face mask, buccal (intra oral technique)
You'll leave with looser jaw and facial muscles, relief from tension headaches, better lymphatic flow, and a lightness that reaches beyond the skin — a nervous system at ease and a wairua restored. All natural NZ made products used.
Abdominal scar release massage
This gentle, honouring therapy is designed for women whose bodies carry stories of surgery whether that’s a C‑section, hysterectomy, tummy tuck, or any abdominal operation. We begin by gently assessing the layers around your scar soft tissue, fascia, abdominal wall, diaphragm, ribs and carefully release the connective tissue that may have pulled things out of alignment.
Surgical scars can often create subtle yet powerful disconnection within the body. If your scar feels numb, tingly, sensitive, or even painful or if you notice that little “shelf” of tissue below it this therapy was created for you. It’s a beautiful, restorative process that addresses more than just the surface. We work to soften adhesions, ease nerve entanglement, improve circulation and lymphatic flow, and encourage your body to reconnect at a deeply functional level.
Especially meaningful for women post‑birth, this therapy helps restore breath, posture, digestion, pelvic wellness, and gentle core tone all wrapped in a nurturing, soothing experience that feels both skilled and heartfelt. You don’t need to wait until your scar is fresh; whether your surgery was weeks or years ago, your body holds potential for renewed ease and sensitivity.
By inviting softness and embodiment back into your core, we help awaken a sense of safety, freedom, and natural movement. This is more than recovery it’s a tender reclamation of your centre.
