I weave in lymphatic bodywork, a calming and restorative practice that soothes swelling, supports immunity, balances emotion, and quietens the nervous system drawing out both physical and emotional tension.

For those who have journeyed through childbirth, my C‑section scar release therapy brings gentle reconnection to body and spirit softening adhesions and restoring ease and movement in your core.
